Refund and Returns Policy

Warranty

Glowe Voltage warrants all products (unless specified otherwise) for a period of 1 year from the original date of purchase.  Warranty covers any items found to be working outside of expected norms due to manufacturer’s defects only.  Warranty does not cover items damaged by improper use or operation outside of intended parameters.  Please pay close attention to all technical specifications and max recommended charging voltages to avoid unintended damage to your products.

Returns

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase we will be unable to offer a refund. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged and in like-new condition. It must also be in the original packaging.

Some types of goods are exempt from being returned. All individually sold DIY battery cells are covered for replacement if delivered DOA but are not eligible for cash refund. 

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (such as Glowe Voltage Order #).

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days of receipt. 

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. 


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@glowevoltage.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at support@glowevoltage.com for the next steps.

Shipping returns

To return your product, contact us at support@glowevoltage.com for instructions.

Purchaser will be responsible for all return shipping costs.  In a situation where the product is found defective Glowe Voltage will cover replacement shipping costs.  In the event the return is discovered to be not defective or damaged due to user error shipping costs may be required to have your original item returned to you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be responsible for lost or damage returned shipments.

Glowe Voltage, LLC, shall not in any way or manner be answerable or suffer loss, damage, expense, or liability for any loss or damage resulting from the use or misuse of any products sold beyond that of warrantying potentially faulty items.  By purchasing any of our products you acknowledge that you intend to have the product installed by a trained professional, or you yourself are a trained professional and plan on installing the items yourself.
